Jobs Australia's comment on the development of the Jobseeker Service Guarantee. We have cmmented on the mismatch of services guaranteed vs service pricing.
We have also suggested that the department consider testing the wording of the Guarantee with focus groups of jobseekers to ensure there is a consistent and clear understanding of its meaning and implications. This would be consistent with the government’s expressed wish to have more choice and voice of jobseekers in the new system.
