The date for submissions to Minister Ellis's review of JSA and DES closed yesterday. The Jobs Australia submission is attached below.
This follows extensive consultation with Jobs Australia members at last year's Jobs Australia National Conference, at a dedicated CEO's meeting held here in Melbourne in December, and by way of many phone and email communications over the past few months.
Our submission has also been informed by the report Jobs Australia commissioned from the Nous Group into the level of red tape in the contracts and suggestions for ways to improve existing arrangements.
